First time at untangled and Very happy with the haircut. Emily,( &the rest of the staff) was really friendly, attentive and patient. She listened to what my younger sister wanted first and then advised further. She took her time with cutting the hair, styling and washing. Compared to past experiences at the hair dressers which have left us feeling rushed out of, untangled was great so I would book again.
Children's Haircuts
Untangled was nicely designed, and very clean. Emily was very experienced, and friendly. There was an option for a back massage on the electric reclining chair, when having my hair washed, which was a very nice touch! Overall, it was a great experience at a reasonable price, so I will be returning.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
My first experience getting my haircut at this salon, and I left feeling amazing, a really nice cut that just suited me and hope I can keep styling it this way!

Lovely airy venue .Back massage chairs for hairwash is a big plus plus head massage.Cut looks good even if I miss a cut
