I am disabled and have learning difficulties and the haircut I was disappointed with didn't look as nice as 2 previous visits and prices had gone up by 7 pounds without warning won't be going back

The salon was great and a really good vibe. They worked together fluently to make sure every customer got the best experience. The massage chair when you get your hair washed was a nice touch. My stylist was super friendly, helpful and precise. I’ve been in love with my haircut since, and she gave me some really good advice. Already got my next appointment booked!

I have never been in a salon and felt instantly at ease until I walked into Untangled. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming and you feel valued from the second you walk through the door until the minute you leave.
Stephanie took the time to ensure I knew how to style my new hair, gave me tips to keep curls and made sure I left feeling like a princess.
I already can't wait to come back for my next hair cut, and hopefully get a colour booked in too. Thank you Stephanie x
