My first visit to untangled and it wonāt be my last, Iām not a huge fan of visiting the hairdressers but Steph made me feel at ease, comfortable and very relaxed, the head and back massage whilst at the backwash was an amazing bonusā¦it is what a visit to a hairdressers should be like! I left very happy with the result and felt pamperedā¦thank you so much Steph š
