I had a new lady who i haven't had before. She wasn't very friendly and didn't communicate much when I asked her questions such as "are they alot of knots/tension there"etc. She got in the room and didn't even say hello or anything until I had to say hello first which made it awkward. I have been coming here for about 4 years and Therapists have always been nice so this experience was a bit disappointing.

I booked a massage for my partner, and he enjoyed the experience. The staff was professional and friendly. However, I was slightly frustrated that out of the hour booked, 10 minutes were spent on changing, which felt like it cut into the massage time
