Completely ruined my nails. My nails were in decent condition before and now they’re like paper even with the ‘gel’ nails over. Both shellac removal and reapplication was done in 25 minutes, showing the rush job done. The nails aren’t smooth at all and look like I painted them myself and are already peeling after a day. The salon also did not feel clean at all

Very disappointing, toilet was grubby. A total cost of £75 for a service that was terrible. I was given the chair at the back, feet put in water straight away when clearly both therapists were busy. I had booked, so why did I then have to wait 45 mins, soaking feet, almost cold water. Enough was enough, I put my socks on and shoes ready to go home, both therapists protested I stay and they would be with me shortly, that in turn gave me a quick mani/pedi both peeling off within 48 hrs! Awful!
