I had a spray tan at urban calm and it was a huge mistake. It was patchy all over my feet and hands, even down my legs. There are big strips of white where the tan has been missed, I felt as though it was rushed. Manager was lovely and gave me my money back after ringing afterwards to complain, and even offered to do it again, although I'd never go back.
Professsional and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere.
