I booked in for a bikini wax and was made to feel really calm and relaxed, the treatment was quick and she made it as painless as she could and talked to me the whole way through so I knew what she was doing (which is really important to me when getting such an intimate treatment). Excellent service - would definitely return!

Extremely rude member of staff told me when I got there that they couldn’t fit me in. She told me it was treatwell’s fault as they didn’t have access to the salon’s diary. When I asked why the salon hadn’t called me that morning to let me know she said that was treatwell’s responsibility and that I had to contact them now for a refund. I told her it is usually the salon that says if they’ve been double booked as that has happened to me a few times before. She knew my name and what time I’d booked in for so the salon could easily have done it saving me the 40 minute round trip. Her attitude was appalling and she didn’t apologise. Won’t be going back.
