Lovely staff very welcoming and chatty. Great massage chair and offered a cup of tea with biscuits. The pedicure itself was great- particularly enjoyed the heated booties and mask! I was a little surprised at how much extra it was for the gel removal and gel polish on top of the pedicure (I think it was £17 on top of £42 for the pedicure)- for £42 I thought it might have been included, but I can't fault the treatment itself

Booked 2 treatments last minute via Treatwell not knowing that the appointment availability had not synced. Thankfully urban calm where able to fulfill the booking even though time was short. Thank you for accommodating me.

Amazing, feel incredibly relaxed afterwards. All sore tight areas are now relieved would definitely recommend! Aftercare and advice was great.
