Positives - lovely spa in a central location. Used Dermalogica products which felt nice and smelled lovely.
Negatives - very short treatment considering I was waiting in reception for a good 10-15 minutes whilst they tried to find my booking. Left in a dark room after treatment with no visible light switch so had to walk into reception with messy hair and smudged eye make up. When I returned to reception to be given details of my treatment, was once again left to wait. Another member of staff made a negative comment about my appearance.

Great treatment once again by the staff at Urban Calm. Being 30 weeks pregnant my feet are beginning to feel sore and uncomfortable and the staff member doing my treatment worked hard to make them pretty and well prepared for the weeks ahead
