Staff was fine, shop gave me hope when I walked in but legs have been left still very hairy compared to anywhere else I been. The Hollywood wax I had left over all the way down to my other hole and half of lips were still hairy. What’s the point of paying your staff if they’re going to be on a rush and not want to complete the wax properly?? If I realized while there I would of said but just left as I was also COVERED in wax btw, like literally everywhere.
