the place was very welcoming and put together. Angelique was very friendly and made an uncomfortable experience easy and not awkward at all. The treatment (brazilian wax) was efficient and the pain was minimal.

Hard to give Alice one attribute. She fulfilled each of the criteria mentioned which in my experience as an older person is sometimes not forthcoming.
