Very basic with little calming ambiance. The room I was in was right next to the staff room, so I could vividly hear pots and pans and cutlery being cleaned constantly.
Massage was average, lots of repeated action, very little sense of it being an experienced masseuse. Wouldn't go back, not awful, just basic.
