Really friendly staff! Super chatty and pleasant.
However, they've just moved location and are still settling into the new place so the ambience was off, and the floors weren't particularly clean, but again, I was told they are understaffed at the moment. I'm sure that this won't be an issue in a couple of months.
It was my first time getting a bikini line wax and my therapist made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves. Very professional service. Overall, I would go back :)
