I have been to UCB a few times nice for waxing and all the ladies are absolutely lovely. They're very good at what they do, they are so quick and efficient and very chatty which is a welcome distraction! One of the least painful waxes I've had, with great results! They use hot wax for intimate areas which is less painful than the standard strip wax I've had used in other salons. 10/10 would recommend
