Had a painless wax and was made to feel really comfortable. There was a little bit of hair left over but not sure if that was because the hot wax can’t be used on the inner intimate area. Otherwise really good service and friendly staff!

As always I had an amazing treatment at urban chic beauty. I was a little delayed due to snow but it was not an issue. I always feel completely relaxed and looked after even during hair removal!!! I can not recommend this Salon enough. Sarah is fabulous. Brilliant waxing with minimal discomfort and long lasting results.
