I went for a Hollywood done, and I have never had it done so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect because I hate pain. When I arrived their was relaxing music playing and I was greeted by a lovely lady who was really welcoming. She explained to me how the wax was done and not to worry. She was very friendly throughout the wax and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would of been. I felt relaxed and not awkward due to how friendly the beautician was. The appointment took about half an hour and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will be going back!
