Amazing. So friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience as sometimes it can be a little awkward! The results are so thorough and the therapist really took her time. She even came out to check where I parked was ok and that I wouldn’t get a ticket! Will definitely be returning and have already booked again! Couldn’t recommend enough!
Nas did a great job on my eyebrows (thread and tint). She was really friendly and did a thorough job! I have been looking for a local relaxed friendly place to get my eyebrows done and now I have found one! I have already booked my second visit.
I have been coming to Urban hair and beauty for waxing for a long time now and I have always had a wonderful experience. Very friendly and efficient service always and great prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Amazing! So pleased with both my treatments. My hair looks great and my face is better than anywhere else. I'm really happy and will be going back.
Horrendous. Appointment got moved half an hour day of appointment without being contacted, she was then 10 minutes late. The entire place is filthy. The table she didn’t the treatment on was flimsy. Just a partition separating treatment room from reception area where other people were waiting. Gloves she used kept getting wax on and sticking to sensitive areas she’d just waxed. Avoid!!!
