Nasreen did a good job with my hair. She was halfway through the highlights for another client when my time slot started. I waited for 30 minutes. Luckily the other client was very kind and let Nas do my hair as I was in a rush and tight on time.
Whilst I was getting my Hollywood wax, the beautician’s phone was blaring a ringtone, she then stopped my wax to answer. Then proceeded to tell me how it was one of her friends. Highly unprofessional. After my wax, the woman then told me it was an extra £10 to do all the way round, however, a Hollywood wax is everything taken off. Once I was leaving I noticed that there was little patches missing that she had not waxed. Won’t be returning.
Managed to book a last minute same day appointment after being let down by another salon. Very professional service, made to feet comfortable and great result. One of the best waxes I've had.
Nasrin took care to check what cut I wanted and was chatty and professional throughout. I loved my haircut and will be happy to return.
