One hour paraffin wax Pedicure was complete in 35/40 minutes. Wax was so hot feet are burnt and hurting the next day. Feet are still hard as pedicure not carried out properly.

Had a Hollywood and full leg wax. Therapist had very poor technique and removed the skin on my bikini area and several areas on my thigh and knees. She did not stretch the skin enough and not only did she tear my skin she broke the hairs so they were not fully removed. I was left in a lot of pain and discomfort when healing. An inexperienced therapist should not be allowed to carry out waxing especially on the bikini area. I contacted management they took on board my concerns and refunded me.
