Had a lovely first experience at Urban Image. Cally did an amazing job on my hair- the colour is lovely. I am very indecisive and wasn’t really too sure what I wanted, but she gave some really good suggestions and did the haircut in stages so I could decide if I wanted any more layers or not. It’s one of the best haircuts I’ve had! I also got some good styling tips. Will definitely be coming back x

The venue was very clean and they took good care of customers safety and well-being considering covid-19. Abbie was very friendly and thoughtful. She listened to what I wanted and had some suggestions for my cut to make it more flattering.
