Cat gave me confidence, clearly extremely experienced, asked the right questions and put me at ease... no more alternative hair removal therapist for me. Urban Medi Spa is now my go-to for both hair and beauty :)

The therapy rooms could have a little less clinical feel to them. White walls, blue floor screams hospital. Nadine on the other hand was incredible. Really tailored my experience and worked on knots people have previously avoided
