Ramlal was FANTASTIC!! I enjoyed every minute of my massage. I told her my problems areas and she was reassuring, affective and very professional. Ramlal listened an excuted with ease. If I could give her 1000 stars I would. Hands of an angel. She also seems like a really lovely lady. I can not express how much I enjoyed my massage.

My first experience at urban medi was for a bespoke facial. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. This facial was catered to what my skin needs were based on the assessment made at the beginning of the appointment. I left feeling relaxed, confident and excited for my next appointment. I’m also thinking of getting other treatments done here.
