lovely venue, clean and friendly....( lovely coffee)....bit concerned as I was unable to book my usual follow up appointment ... seemed to be some doubt if the pedicures would be continue to be offered... might be wrong.would be a shame .... waiting for an email to let me know ....

My whole experience at Urban Medi Spa was amazing the staff especially! I am very much looking forward to my next treatment there and no word of a lie Anita has magic hands! I will only be letting her look after my hair from now on 10/10 service!!

My facial was amazing! The therapist went through what she would do and how each stage would help my skin. By the end my skin was visibly better and brighter because of the care and attention to detail I received.
