I can feel intimidated when I visit Beauty Salons, but the staff here are so friendly and welcoming I am instantly put at ease.

Really lovely experience getting my hair relaxed (chemically straightened). Anita was brilliant. Usually after getting my hair relaxed it does feel a bit dry and brittle but this time round it was super soft and silky
