Ramlal was brilliant! She talked me through everything and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The massage was so relaxing and she really worked on areas around my neck and shoulders that were tense. I would certainly recommend Ramlal and Urban Medí Spa.

Amazing experience! The salon is spotless, service is amazing. I came in with a bad shoulder pain, and within 45minutes the pain was gone.
Staff was kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. This massage was exceptional, really got into my knots and there were a lot after a week of decorating! Would 100% recommend.

Nadine was absolutely incredible. I have been very stressed recently and she went above and beyond to tailor the massage to my needs, including the option to incorporate crystals. I will definitely be returning!
