Anita is great! This is my third Time coming and il definitely be back! With my recent hair loss she made me feel confident and really helped me 😊 even though I’m quite shy she made me feel comfortable and she spent extra time doing my hair and didn’t mind at all!! All the staff were lovely bringing me tea and just making me feel great! Perfect,, Plus I booked on the same day I went which was ideal!!!!

I booked this salon as it had good reviews and my usual stylist was away. Although I was warmly greeted and offered drinks, the stylist was running late due to some booking issues( they use both forest and Treatwell). The salon was kind enough to sort out some parking for me as I had paid to park somewhere else that had a max 2hrs and my appointment was supposed to last 1hr30mins. My appointment started just over 30mins late. The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean and the staff are friendly. The wash and treatment was good i cannot fault that. However the stylist then proceeded to blowdry my hair with a comb attachment barely sectioning it which anyone with thick/afro/ curly hair knows is a no no she then blowdried it again with a round brush which was unnecessary as it was already dry. Then the trim I received was uneven. The stylist then blowdried it again after trimming then applied a liberal amount grease to my scalp and blowdried once more leaving it feeling greasy and stiff. At this point I felt my hair had received way to much heat and declined the offer to straighten it as I didn’t want my hair fried but she insisted on curling the ends ( probably to cover up how uneven the trim was). The salon was kind enough to offer me 20% off for my next appointment but i won’t be coming back unless I was uneven and heat damaged hair.
