This was the first time of going to Urban Medi Spa and also the first time having a Professional manicure and pedicure from the time I walked in to the time I left, Hayley, Naz and the manager were so engaging and welcoming. A lot of laughs to be had
I definitely recommend Hayley. She knows her stuff very attentive and is extremely funny.
I had the great honour to meet Naz as well who also kept us very entertained
Five stars all round. No complaints here!

Pedicure a bit untidy for a professional job, air bubbles and cuticle flooding. Massage relaxing but gentle and no shoulder work after being asked where needs focus and me sharing my shoulders have tension. Therapist was lovely.
