Therapist was friendly and quick but left quite a lot of noticeable hair and painfully raw red skin, which may be due to her use of unsuitable strip wax as opposed to hard wax which has always worked well for me. An unfortunate experience as I’ve visited this salon before with other therapists who did better and used the hard wax! Perhaps give customers a choice regarding type of wax?

Everyone at Urban Medi Spa are so lovely and welcoming. The vibe is so nice inside and I was so happy with my lash lift and back wax, ready for my holiday. I will definitely be returning!🙌🏽

I had an excellent experience at this spa. Every member of staff was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They were very amenable and flexible, I felt so well looked after. Excellent cleaning regime too which I was impressed by. I’m looking forward to returning!
