Sadly, my ear was hit quite hard during the blow dry and not attended to. I left it as I thought my ear would be okay as the stylist kept going. I can imagine it would have been daunting to have it happen but I would have appreciated if I was informed so I could clean the ear and avoid an infection. I now have a keloid on my ear as a result. My stylist also appeared to be struggling with my hair though my hair was very soft so not sure if they don’t enjoy styling Afro hair?

Millie is an experienced hairdresser and the cut and blow dry reflected that. She has a warm personality and I’ve enjoyed meeting her. Really happy with the service.

This was my second full body massage at urban medi spa. The spa is such a relaxing environment with beautiful decor, spacious massage rooms and both times I've been I've had such attentive and high quality massages. I will definitely be returning and very highly recommend.
