I had the Thermal massage and it ticked every box. The atmosphere, environment and whole experience was relaxing and comfortable.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Booked the Urban spa day for my boyfriend as a surprise birthday gift, I wasn’t able to attend with him so called ahead and requested for his therapist to wish him well and give a guided breakdown of treatments. He was given a glass of Prosecco on arrival and treated pleasantly well. Would recommend to everyone! Will definitely be booking a treatment for myself, worth the money.

Been a few times and every time it’s so great. I actually made a mistake with the booking but everyone was so lovely and helpful about it. Had Sean for the first time and she was so so amazing as well. Just so lovely, will be returning again :)
