Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience on this occasion. I’d been there before and it was great. On this occasion my toes were poorly done and looked a mess by the end. It was removed and they were very kind in offering a new set but after 2 hours I had to leave. This was for a holiday so it was disappointing. Everything else about the shop is great from service to cleanliness and it could have been a bad day for the nail technician/ product but it’s not what I expect from a £50 pedi.
