It was my first time having a facial and my friends booked it for my birthday .All the staff were so friendly from the moment I walked through the door . I felt relaxed when I left and chilled and this carried on when I got home . I will definitely be returning very soon.
Classic Facials
Millie was very friendly and took time to find out what I wanted and made some really helpful suggestions. Millie explained every step and made sure I was happy. Exceptional service and quality. Other staff at Urban Medi Spa were attentive and welcoming. It appears to be a happy workplace.
Ladies' Restyle Haircut
From the minute we walked through the door we were welcomed and made to feel very special. From reception to beautician the service was excellent and professional. Ria was amazing!! She made me feel at ease, the facial was phenomenal and when I left I felt relaxed and my skin was glowing. I would recommend 100 %
