The staff were so welcoming from the minute I arrived. Extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The spa itself is gorgeous and everything was immaculate. I was super impressed as I haven't visited a place like this in Croydon before!
It was my birthday the next day, and the staff were all so sweet. I even was given a lovely birthday gift to take away with me. The nail technician was so thorough and left my toes and hands looking splendid. The wax treatment was brilliant. Highly recommend!!

Really lovely spa and very attentive, pleasant staff, good value for money and they fit us in at the last minute. Enjoyed my treatments and everything ran to time. Only point of constructive feedback is that the chatter from the main salon was quite audible in the massage room and whilst the therapist was trying to put on relaxing music to cover this, it would turn off after a while. Very minor though and easily rectified for next time. Would come again.
