Fabulous place - very misleading from the outside. As soon as I stepped through the door I was stunned by the sleek boutique feel. Greeted by very smartly dressed and friendly staff. The covid guidelines were more than adhered to with each client's temperature checked and asked to sanitise hands.
Treatment rooms are extremely clean.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great customer service from the moment I opened the door, Tim and Sandra were both very hospitable - great conversations during my time at Urban Medi Spa.
Sandra made me feel extremely comfortable during my treatment and provided great advice on skin care. Sandra went above and beyond, great attention to detail and definitely takes pride in her work.
I will be booking again soon!

I honestly had the best experience I’ve had in a salon in years.
The pedicure was amazing. Hayley was so sweet and knew exactly what she was doing.she was so attentive and chatty and really gentle. I feel like she’s the only person I want to do my toes from now on!
the lovely owner Kat came to check up and was genuinely really lovely to talk to, caring and interested. Recommend my brow to be done and did it for free. Never had it done before and never want anyone else to do except these guys!
