Really lovely spa and very attentive, pleasant staff, good value for money and they fit us in at the last minute. Enjoyed my treatments and everything ran to time. Only point of constructive feedback is that the chatter from the main salon was quite audible in the massage room and whilst the therapist was trying to put on relaxing music to cover this, it would turn off after a while. Very minor though and easily rectified for next time. Would come again.

Warm welcome from all staff. Followed COVID-19 guidelines well and the environment was very clean. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your needs.

Alexandra did my full-body deep tissue massage. She was relatively new but I felt that was an experienced masseuse who knew what she was doing. I like hard pressure to really get into the knots and muscles, which she delivered. My only critique is that I received multiple calls and emails from the reception team to change my appointment time, which was slightly inconvenient, but I expect that this is not a regular occurrence. I'll be going back again in a month's time for another massage.
