Everyone is super friendly at urban, can’t express how lovely our experience was, myself and my boyfriend will 100% coming back for treatments here, made us feel super relaxed and comfortable! Facials had us glowing and the pedi was amazing for us both! Thank you soooo much ladies at urban xx

I had mid back length single braids with the very experienced and professional Anita. The finished style was exactly what I wanted-neat, even, not at all tight. Anita is a very considerate braider stopping for brief stretch/water breaks and paying full attention throughout to the style that she was creating. This was my second visit to the beautifully refurbished Urban Medi Spa and it's an absolute gem the staff and (Covid safe) atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Very highly recommend.

Lovely facial - what a great place and I will definitely be back. Lovely smelling products and I liked being talked through each step. Lovely shoulder and facial massage. Look forward to trying out a body massage next :)
