I read excellent reviews about Amy online which persuaded me to book. She has done a great job with my hair, I love it. Only hairdresser I have been to that actually listened to what I wanted.
Just went for a trim to get my dead ends off and got just what I wanted. Nice play and the staff are friendly. Reasonable prices and deals offer weed, definitely going back
Amy was great - really love my new haircut which I was very nervous about getting! She talked me through each thing she was doing which was very reassuring. Will definitely be back.
My hair cut was done by Ayesha and she made it a very comfortable experience and did exactly what I asked for. She offered some great tips and advice. The only downside was there was a wait at the beginning when I arrived and my hairdresser had to attend a phone call leaving me midway, this is a first because all hairdressers i have been to have a receptionist. I thought that would negatively impact my experience but my hair experience was amazing and I definitely recommend trying urban roots.
Had appointment with Amy. Felt really looked after. Very friendly and emphatic. Treated my hair like her own. Nice to chat with during the haircut too.
Definitely recommend, nice environment and quality care!
