It was good experience, i like massage of my head during head wash=) I have explained all i wanted for my haircut and it was done as i asked. The result was good, i like it.

I was nervous to go and cut my hair short after having it long for the last 8 years. I decided urban roots because it's easy access (due to it being in the town centre). I arrived and immediately was seated and was offered a drink. My hairdresser was Amy and she was very lovely and professional. The experience was very enjoyable and I felt safe throughout my time there. I left feeling good with an excellent hair cut that was right on point with what I wanted. I'll definitely be going there again. Worth your time and money.
