Was welcomed by staff and asked straight away if I wanted a drink. Amy was lovely and chatted through my options of colour and what was suit me best. Got given a great free blow dry by Steph- my hair is now so sleek and smooth! Great atmosphere with all the staff talking to you and making you feel at ease! Would definitely visit again!

I had a cut, wash and blow dry at Urban roots and i am very happy with the services. The girl that cut my hair was really polite and nice she offered me a coffee as well, and she made sure she did exactly what i wanted. Definitely will be going there again,
I wanted to change my haircut a bit but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Amy helped a lot, offered her opinion and gave me lots of good tips to style my new look. Highly recommended service.
