I wanted to change my haircut a bit but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Amy helped a lot, offered her opinion and gave me lots of good tips to style my new look. Highly recommended service.

The place is really nice. I had an appointment with the creative stylist, but when I arrived to the venue I was informed that she didn't arrive that day and some other member of staff (more senior) would cut my hair. I had to wait for about an hour, but I was being looked after. Obviously this was not the ideal situation, but it was the second best. I was very pleased with the service.
