Booked via wahanda with a Senior Stylist but got a call in the morning from Urban Roots to say that she wasn't in. They suggested I choose another date or they have a Stylist who could do my hair. I went with the Stylist who was very nice and took her time to do my hair. Staff were very friendly. Could do better with the cleanliness side and could do with a bit of repaint on the roof (here is me being fussy though!) All in all, I am happy with my experience and I appreciate Urban Roots called early in the morning to inform me of the above issue. I have emailed wahanda for a refund of the difference, awaiting reply.

I have long hair and it was in need of some tidying up, but I was keen on keeping the length. I was concerned that too much would be cut off but Chad knew exactly what he was doing and took the right amount off without taking it too short. I was very pleased with the end result. Staff were all very friendly and chatty, an overall good and pleasant experience

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Very nice staff, my blow dry is spot less and my hair is shinier than I've ever seen it before. Perfect before a holiday!
Remember 'cheers' the TV sitcom from back in the day - this place is a modern version of that place where they take care of you're hair instead of serve a pint of something cool and invigorating - it's just brilliant and I loved my hair colour cut and great great conversation :)
