Remember 'cheers' the TV sitcom from back in the day - this place is a modern version of that place where they take care of you're hair instead of serve a pint of something cool and invigorating - it's just brilliant and I loved my hair colour cut and great great conversation :)
Nice friendly staff, cut okay colour highlights awful so patchy looks months old and can barely tell I've had it done...starts mid way down the hair...disappointed with that..was another person complaining about colour too so seems for cut and friendly staff okay but no colour!

Urban Roots was a good haircutting experience. The facilities were good and the hairdresser took on board, my views and created a look that I'm satisfied with. The hairdresser was running late however he was very apologetic.

Very pleased with the cut and blow dry. A very professional and pleasant stylist, very attentive and helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
Great value for money using wahanda - Urban Roots is a lovely central venue with great staff! Would really recommend what I had - highlights and cut / blow dry. Lots of time taken to provide great service.
