Very efficient - but too much so! Whilst the customer service was great, I felt that my stylist massively rushed my haircut. It was the quickest cut I’ve ever had, and I feel like the end result was impacted by this. My hair is so much shorter than I originally asked for, and I’m sorry to say that I feel the overall quality of the cut to be quite poor. Not that I’m an expert, I just feel that more time and thought spent on layers and styling would have left me with something which actually suited me, rather than just giving me a haircut by the book.
