Everyone was very welcoming once I arrived there. And I got an amazing haircut and am so glad I chose urban roots. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come more often in the future.

The place it self is a little neglected. As you walk in it feels like it needs a good paint up and clean. The hairdresser was doing some else's hair when I got there and ended up being 15 minutes late. She said sorry but I felt it was just a bit too late to be honest considering I was only there for a wet cut. The hair dresser was friendly and tried to ask me questions. I'm not good with small talk so I do the bar minimal. She was very nice and the cut was good.
