Appointment was delayed by 15minutes the day before via phone call. Then when i arrived at the salon it was further delayed by another 15, so 30minutes in total. Hair was not assessed first i.e. how long my fringe is, how it cuts into my hair etc. Felt very rushed. The staff member was behind his schedule. Instead of listening to what i wanted, he did what he thought was best.. Not what i wanted. Disappointed, as i read reviews and checked it out prior to booking. Will not be going again.
