I had a haircut and blowdry appointment with Chad. He was both professional and friendly. He clearly understood the style I wanted and I had an amazing haircut! I'm very happy with it. He gave helpful tips as well on how to style the hair. The staff was also polite and friendly. It is a relaxed yet professional place. I really liked the hair products they use. People comment how they liked my haircut, I have nice compliments. Thank you Chad and Urban Roots. I definitely would go there again.

I get very nervous having my haircut but everyone was so lovely I felt really relaxed and Amy did an amazing job with my hair so I will definitely be back
