Had my hair cut by the creative stylist and she was brilliant! Made sure I was comfortable within my environment and cut my hair to what I wanted! Would go again! 5/5
The guy who welcomed me was okay I guess, when the stylist walked in he whispered to her that there was a client from Treatwell, she rolled her eyes and was obviously annoyed she had to do the cut (I was sitting a metre away lol it's as if I wasn't there), when she wandered over she didn't even say hello as she was still obviously so peeved at having to cut my hair and just asked me what I wanted. She warmed to me eventually when she realised it was a very very simple trim I was after. She asked me how I wanted my hair blow-dried, I said just straight please. The blow dry was rubbish, the stylist plugged the straighteners in to finish it off (never a good sign) and I had to mention for the second time I never use straighteners on my hair so she just left it. I was amazed to find out she had 4 years experience. The salon was kind of dark and dingy and definitely worth paying the extra going somewhere where the service and ambience and care is better.
