I had a great first experience at Urban Roots. Went in for a cut and blow dry. All the staff were polite and engaging. Amy was my hairdresser and she was great, she asked what I wanted done but also had suggestions, she was passionate about hairdressing and how products worked and I enjoyed the discussion we had whilst I was having my hair done!
They also didn't try to sell me any extra services/products (which can be offputting), but when I asked about a product Amy knew lots about it and why she would recommend it for me.
The cut and blow dry were great and one of the longest lasting I've had. I'll definitely be going back next time! :)
Great atmosphere in here. Really pleased with my haircut :) completely recommend.
The visit went very smooth. Steph ensured that I am happy with every cut she made to my hair and I liked that. The atmosphere at the salon is very friendly and welcoming and I am pretty sure I will come back.
