My booking was incorrectly recorded at the salon to be 15 minutes later that what I booked for, the salon was very busy and not enough staff to serve all the customers so was often left as my hairdresser had to go see to other things. She was admittedly very apologetic and professional about it but all the same a bit annoying!
Service wise the haircut was fine, nothing fancy or life changing but did the job I asked for so overall and ok experience
i really enjoyed my experience at Urban Roots. The stylist was friendly and polite, she was also able to answer my questions i had about their hair colouring service, she gave me some good advice. All the staff I had contact with were really nice. I would definitely tell my family and friends about them and I will be going back again.
Had an appointment and was on time but informed stylist was waiting for someone to arrive for a consultation before she could start my hair. Not impressed. After waiting 10 minutes I was informed it appeared other person was not turning up so stylist began my appointment.
Personable and friendly young lady but the cut was too short for my liking and not as requested though not a disaster. I can live with it and look forward to it growing.
Really good cut. Lovely stylist (Ayesha) who made great suggestions for a slight restyle. Will definitely be returning!
