Ended up leaving as they wanted to charge at least an additional £10 for shellac removal, saying depends how hard or easy it is to remove - went in for a mani and pedi which would mean an additional £20 on my booking (bearing in mind had £150 worth of treatments booked ) I then said I’d go elsewhere and had to pay the £10 on card (as my shellac removed easily otherwise would have been more) but as they were charging said of yeah you had a water too so that’s an additional £3 even though never said it would be a charge when they asked would I like a drink .. by the end they were expecting me to pay £173 if I had stayed .. Sabbine was really lovely however the other person not so much. I had said do you not find it insulting charging an extra £20 when someone has already spend £150 and a first time customer not a good way to retain customers .. got an arrogant reply “ actually this is our second salon we have one in chiswick too and have no problems “
