The wax itself was okay. I don’t think the waxer removed as much as she could have and was not thorough with checking. What I didn’t like was the fact that as soon as I lay on the table, I was being accosted to buy extra products - I understand upselling and I did upgrade to a different type of wax that was recommended but the whole waxing experience was the waxer trying to sell me things and when I tried to change the subject to other talking points, it was clear that she was uninterested in that discussion. All in all, it wasn’t terrible and if I was in an emergency and in the area, I’d visit again but I’m not in a rush.
