My nail tech did a fantastic job, however the waxing was a quite messy, Hollywood wax was extremely painful due to the skin not being pulled tight as the wax was being pulled, also the wax was everywhere! The brow wax was a similar experience and the wax ripped skin off my eye lid and left a mark. This technician also gave me a final total which was almost £50 more than I was quoted, another lady had to come and correct it.
I’d definitely come back for a mani/ pedi but not for waxing.

I had such a lovely experience at Urban Rose Beauty! Jinal did my manicure and Tanvi did my pedicure, and they were both absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly, professional and made me feel really well looked after.
I also loved the atmosphere of the salon — I felt so welcomed, comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. I’m really happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💕
