Im a customer for over a year now, & never had this problem except those last 2 visits with the same technician. My eyebrows hair got broken at the skin level which make them impossible to be removed & ugly on the same time.

Gel manicure peeled off 3 days after getting treatment. Constant talk on buying and upselling treatment already booked- had to pay additional £10 on top of a £45 gel manicure. So expensive and the results don’t show or last for the price.
