I was charged an extra £5 because my gels were not done there. Treatwell misled me and the store did nothing to compensate. £20 for removal with no cuticle work is robbery, I will not book here due to hidden costs. The staff were not to blame.

Although the staff is lovely, the waxing was not thoroughly done and since I now have to do it a second time to remove what is still left, it was definitely not worth the money. It should not be the client to keep saying you missed visible spots!
