Overall a great experience but there was a few spots missing and fingers were waxed but wasn’t done as it was the same as before so not sure what was waxed otherwise all good

Issues when removing my cuticles. Cut too far into my nails which made it very sore and bleed which is unfortunate given the cost but the customer service was otherwise very pleasant.
