I clearly instructed the technician to only trim my toenails slightly (I don’t like them too short), she cut them extremely short, something that cannot be undone and is incredibly frustrating. The cuticle work was aggressive and careless, leaving the skin around my toes sore, red, and tender. Since the appointment, I’ve experienced discomfort. This is not a normal or acceptable reaction to a professional pedicure
